Each item at Babe & Bunny Clothing Co. is designed, cut, and sewn by me in Texas. I am the only employee, so each item passes through only one pair of hands on it's way out to you. That being said, I appreciate your patience as I work to get each and every item out as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for shopping small!

Turn Around Time

Processing times can vary, depending on multiple factors, including the season, upcoming holidays, and amount of open orders. Keeping in mind that high-quality handmade items take time to create and ship out, I ask that you please allow at least 3-4 weeks for all items to be made and shipped out. Shipping time is not included in this 3-4 weeks, please keep this in mind when ordering.

If you need your items sooner than this for a photo shoot, birthday, or other event, please send me a message and I will let you know if we are able to rush your order at this time. Please note that rush is not available during October-December.

Due to the handmade nature of my handmade business, as well as my high quality standard, quoted times can vary by a few days.

Shipping

All items are shipped via First Class Mail. Please allow 3-10 business days for your item to arrive once shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my items, I do not process returns or exchanges. There will be no sizing exchanges. I do not want to send out items that have been tried on, and would like for each and every order to be a brand new product. Thank you for understanding! 

 If your item is found to be defective, please notify me within 4 days of receiving it. If defective, i will allow an exchange for an item(s) of the same value.

Babe & Bunny Clothing Co. is always willing to make custom items for you! Send me a message and let me know what your idea is and I will try my best to make a custom creation just for you!
